Based in South Croydon, Demarc has been delivering professional building solutions in South London, Surrey, East Sussex and West Kent since 2002. We undertake all types of building work, specialising in insurance claims.

Every one of our team of around 15 professionals is fully employed by us – most have been with us for at least seven years. Unlike many other building firms we don’t use casual or temporary labour, so you can be sure that whoever works on your home or premises is experienced, professional and trustworthy.
Demarc is a member of the Federation of Master Builders and we’re accredited by the British Damage Management Association (BDMA). In addition, we’re trained to work safely with potentially hazardous materials, such as asbestos. We also follow strict health & safety regulations at all times and have a named Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) coordinator for particular projects.
